Meade LXD55 SN-8 / SN-10, LXD75 SN-8 / SN-10The Optical Tube Assembly (OTA) case includes two lockable latches, two steel-reinforced handles, a 3" by 34" steel hinge and die-cut foam lining with compartments for telescope, eyepieces, finder (must be detached and inserted into a foam compartment) and accessories. It can be carried or pulled using the attached wheels. The foam is configured at the factory for the SN-8. You simply pull out precut sections to increase the cavity size to match the SN-10. An optional Large-Wheel Upgrade is available.
