1. Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver globally. Especially within the European Union, the delivery is quick and incomplex. Please pay attention to our information about methods of payment, mailing expenses and delivery times for international orderings.

2. What about the methods of payment?

We accept:

- Credit cards (we accept VISA, Mastercard / Eurocard and American Express)
- Electronic debit advice procedure
- Cash on delivery (additional 5,50 EUR C.O.D. charges)
- Preliminary credit transfer

3. Do I have the right of withdrawal?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within the time of 14 days after the receiving of the ordered products without having to declare your reasons. Illiberal reconsignments will not be accepted! Please contact us before you send the products back to astroshop.eu.. In case of a valid withdrawal, you are obligated to send the ordered products back to:

Reconsignments have to be sufficiently stamped. If the reconsignment is based upon a legitimate reclamation, we will recompense the freight charges immediately.

4. What about the freight charges?

Generally, we deliver free of shipping costs. Up to a value of € 40,-, we bill a small supplement of € 3,90. In case of deliveries to abroad, the mailing expenses amount to € 8,90. Some products can only be delivered with a supplement for carrying charge. This supplement is always specified according to the product. If you order multiple products with supplements, we only bill one (the highest) supplement, they are not summed up! Consequently, the shipping costs always stay in a manageable limit.

5. How long does it take until the ordered products are delivered?

Please look about the information given with every single product or in the small box "delivery times" at the right side of this page. Please notice that these information are just guiding values and can differ in special cases. These declarations refer to a delivery within germany. Normally, deliveries to abroad take a few days longer.
