Meade SC LT GoTo telescope:
A high-quality Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope combined with a compact single-arm GoTo mount at an unbeatable price. The SC optics with UHTC coating avoid most of the light loss due to normal coatings and provide a compact telescope with high image quality. The GoTo mount is very easy to use and the AutoStar computer control is one of the most user-friendly technologies available worldwide. Everything your heart desires in the night sky can be found quickly and easily using the database of around 30,000 objects. Models from the LT series only require semi-automatic alignment, in contrast to models from the LightSwitch series. To do this, the telescope must be correctly aligned, and subsequently lined up on two reference stars. The telescope can then automatically calculate its exact position allowing the full GoTo functionality to then be used.
