Event Horizon 2" Crayford Telescope Focusers
EV-1 Telescope Focuser
The Event Horizon EV-1 is a 2" black-anodized aluminum focuser with rubber grip knobs and two-speed operation. The focuser lifts up to 8 pounds. Dual-speed manual controls are over 15 times finer (small outer knob) and 1½ times finer (large inner knob) than most rack-and-pinion focusers.
The Refractor version (EV-1r) mounts in many refractors having one of two different inside diameters of approximately 3.5" and 3.75". The following is a partial list of refractors that should accept the focuser:
