Product description:

A very good quality yet very affordable Barlow lens for 1.25". Through the use of an ED element colour correction is improved, resulting in a sharper image and better contrast.

Fields of Use:

  • After inserting the Barlow lens between the telescope and the eyepiece you get 3x the original magnification with the same eyepiece. For example a 20mm eyepiece will effectively be turned into a 6.5mm eyepiece, but still with the comfortable long eye relief of the original eyepiece.
  • The Barlow can also be used photographically, especially for planetary imaging or for taking photos of small details on the moon.
  • The large clear aperture offers ideal illumination without vignetting on any 1.25" eyepiece.
