Electronic Eyepiece
View the objects from your telescope on your NTSC TV!
Go on an adventure trip - from the comfort of your living room. With the MEADE electronic eyepiece which was especially designed for astronomy purposes, you can view the universum on your TV. The "eyepiece" is battery operated and is placed in the regular eyepiece draw tube of your telescope, without any additional eyepieces. The included cinch cable connects the eyepiece to your TV. It is an easy and intellegent way of making the world of astronomy to a large spectrum of people at the same time. The electronic eyepiece has a monochrome CMOS image sensor with over 76,800 pixels in a resolution of 320x240. The reproduced image is comparable to a focal lenght of 4-5mm of a regular eyepiece. The Video output signal is in the NTSC Videoformat which is acceptable by all newer TV and Videorecording devices. Necessary for use is a 9V battery block which is not included as standard accessory.
