Most binoculars have fixed magnifications, but sometimes one would prefer a higher magnification. Few binoculars come with interchangeable eyepieces. A spotting scope could be too unwieldy to take with you and a telescope even more so. One answer is to use a magnification attachment. This lets you quickly increase the magnification of your binoculars.
