Extra Low Dispersion
Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) glass virtually eliminates chromatic aberration, also known as colour fringing. Furthermore, this colour correction results in a defined focus and thus in particularly high sharpness and a bright image.
Compare the two images. The difference is especially apparent in low light conditions, such as at dawn or dusk.
