These exotic ExtraFlat™ 1.25" eyepieces have 5 or 6 lens elements and boast excellent features with high-end performance combined in a surprisingly affordable package. The optical designer has managed to avoid edge curvature, so you can enjoy a flat, virtually distortion-free image, right from the centre to the edge of the field of view. Sharpness, contrast and colour reproduction are all superb thanks to this impressive optical performance. All models feature large eye lenses, a wide field of view and generous eye relief for spectacle wearers and provide extra viewing comfort with their soft, twist-up rubber eyecups. All models are fully broadband multi-coated, feature blackened lens edges and are parfocal. They have an attractive glossy anodized aluminium housing with a knurled rubber grip. They are threaded for standard 1.25" filters.
