The CX23 microscope also features a high field number (FN) of 20, offering a wider field of view. Its specially designed plan achromat objectives help ensure a distortion-free image across the entire field of view.

The CX23 microscope is designed to support comfortable use. Every user can easily adjust their own interpupillary distance and eyepoint height, and left and right dioptre compensation ensures the correct focus for each eye. A locking pin keeps the observation tube in place when in use.

The CX23 microscope ensures ease of specimen handling and the related setting adjustments, thanks to its user-oriented design features:

  • Inward-facing objective nosepiece provides easy access to the stage, ensuring that specimens are quickly changed, and immersion oil can easily be applied if necessary
  • Plan achromat objectives with a long working distance provide more room for thick specimens and slides
  • Coaxial rotary knobs are easily accessed from either side of the microscope, allowing quick fine or coarse focusing adjustments
