The interchangeable lenses of the V60 and V80 are both triplet apochromats with two ED elements.
The V60 has a focal ratio of f/6 and a focal length of 360 mm, the V80 has a focal ratio of f/6.25 and a focal length of 500 mm.
At the rear end there are M48 and M54 adapters with a built-in 2" filter thread, and the flange focal distance is 55 millimetres, which is ideal for connecting most DSLR cameras.
By using the reducer, the exposure time can be effectively shortened and the field of view extended.
The flattener reduces the curvature of the image field. It therefore improves the edge sharpness. The flattener is an indispensable aid for high-quality astrophotos.
The extender increases the focal length so that more details can be seen. This is particularly useful for close-up photography, but also for photographing the moon, planets and planetary nebulae.
The Askar-V-Apo is supplied with a 360° rotator and a finder shoe as well as 1.25" and 2" eyepiece adapters to enable visual observation. The multifunctional handle facilitates the connection of accessories.
