Dr. Frank Gasparini

Frank is a hydrologist and long-time amateur astronomer, book author, telescope builder and mirror grinder.

With a doctorate in geoscience, Frank is well acquainted with activity on Earth. In his spare time, he is fascinated by the night sky, which he prefers to observe visually with his self-built Dobsonian telescopes. Even when the sky is overcast, he finds the occasion to work in the astronomy field, editing astronomy magazines or as an author of astronomy books. He is also fascinated by cycling and landscape photography.
