Warthog V-Sharp Classic II knife sharpener

The V-Sharp Classic II is a knife sharpener with replaceable diamond grinding surfaces. It is ideal for sharpening kitchen, meat and hunting knives and is easy to use. The grinding unit can be adjusted to three different angles: 20°, 25°, 30°. The replaceable diamond grinding units are supplied with 325 grit as standard, and the reverse side is used for sharpening knives. The sturdy die-cast zinc construction has a removable rubber cover on the base, which ensures a secure footing on work surfaces.

Application:

The blade guide is set to 90° - then the two grinding units must be positioned so that the intersection of the moving parts is cut exactly through the knife guide. The knife is then pulled down several times along the blade guide. To sharpen the knife, use the back of the grinding units. To do this, press the diamond grinding units out of the holder, turn them over and snap them back into their previous position. Pull the knife through several times to remove any small burrs from the cutting edge.
