High-quality, pure Böker camellia oil is produced according to a traditional Chinese recipe and is extremely versatile. The thin oil is extracted from the seeds of the camellia tree, is tasteless, odourless and does not dry out. Camellia oil is food safe and impresses with its exceptional purity. Corrosion protection: The acid-free, non-resinous and non-volatile camellia oil is traditionally used as a corrosion inhibitor for the care of high-quality carbon steel knife blades, tools and bladed weapons.

It is purely vegetable-based and is ideal for preserving non-stainless cooking knives and razors, as it does not form an emulsion with water, unlike other care oils. Wood protection: The low-viscosity oil is quickly absorbed into the wood and protects against moisture, dirt and UV radiation. Camellia oil is clear, does not discolour the wood and brings out the beautiful grain. Excellent for the care of high-quality razor handles and (cooking) knife handles made of precious woods.
