1: 2.60 glasspath corrector - only for attaching in front of bino-viewers, directly into the nose piece or directly into Baader T-2 star diagonal.
Our expert comment:
You can determine which glass path corrector is suitable for your instrument by measuring it:
1. To do this, first focus on a distant object.
2. Screw the focuser in as far as possible.
3. Then extend the focuser by one centimetre.
4. Now take the eyepiece you intend to use on the binocular and hold it with your free hand about 20 cm away from the focuser.
5. Look through the eyepiece and move it slowly towards the focuser until the image comes into focus.
6. Use a ruler to measure the distance between the eyepiece stop and the focuser:
- If the distance is between 6.5 and 8 cm, the 2-inch Glasweg corrector is required: Product 10824
- If the distance is between 3.3 and 6.5 cm, the 2.6 glass-track corrector is required: Product 8665
- If the distance is between 1.8 and 3.3 cm, the 1.7 glass-track corrector is required:Product 8663
- If the distance is between 0 and 1.8 cm, the 1.25 glass-track corrector is required: Product 8662
