IDAS LPS-P2 nebulae filter, unframed 36 mm version for filter wheels
IDAS filters have been specially developed for astrophotography. They block sources of artificial light scatter, but still allow the natural colours of objects to pass through. This is what distinguishes these filters from almost all UHC filters in the field of astrophotography. UHC filters are optimised for visual use and cause colouration of the sky background in photography.
