The PegasusAstro Orbit is a diagonal mirror for optical systems with extremely limited back focus. It has been specially developed for use with the PegasusAstro Eyepiece SmartEye.
The diagonal mirrors feature a two-axis rotation function, which allows for ergonomic observation regardless of your telescope’s orientation and aligns the SmartEye’s sensor.
The SmartEye can be attached directly to the basic version of the mirrors using the M54/M48 adaptors included in the scope of delivery. The 1.25-inch filter thread and short back focus allow smaller filters to be used with the SmartEye without vignetting.
In addition to the basic version, Orbit is also available in versions for SC and EdgeHD telescopes respectively. Combined with the SmartEye, this gives you the perfect system with an electronic eyepiece.
