Product description

Astromeccanica motor kit for EQ-6 mounts
The installation of this motor kit is very simple. You open the cover under which the original electronics are located and remove the two original motors. Then insert the motor kit with the two motors. The toothed belt pulleys are attached directly to the two worm shafts.
Both motors can be moved so that the tension of the toothed belt can be adjusted.
High-quality stepper motors from the manufacturer SANYO DENKI are used. The total gear ratio from the motor to the mounting axis is 720:1.
