Equip your LX70 mount with these motors. Clean tracking of the right ascension axis is necessary for astrophotography, but a motorised mount is also simply more convenient for purely visual observation.
With this set you can also motorise the declination axis. This means you can simply use the hand controller to move to the desired object via both axes. You can choose from three speeds (2x, 4x and 8x) to ensure that this is done quickly.
Motorised tracking must be performed in the opposite direction in the southern hemisphere. You will therefore also find a selection for the hemisphere (N or S) on the hand controller.
The motors are powered by batteries.
