Extension Tube for AZ-EQ5GT

This half-column is mounted between the deluxe tripod and the Skywatcher Mount AZ-EQ5-GT SynScan GoTo. This increases the height of the mount by 16 centimetres. This is necessary if you want to use the AZ-EQ5GT with an optical system that has an eyepiece view at the end of the tube: Refractor, SC or Maksutov telescope. If you use the AZ-EQ-5GT with a Newtonian telescope, you will have a very comfortable viewing height even without this half-post.

The solid steel half-column maintains the stability of the tripod. The mount itself can be conveniently screwed onto the tripod as usual using the flexible handle.
