With this reticle eyepiece, the lighting is continuously dimmable and the reticle can be focused so that you can see the crosshairs really clearly. It has a double crosshair. You can use it to centre a star cleanly, for example for the precise alignment of a Goto mount, for manual guiding in astrophotography or for aligning a parallactic mount.
