This further development of the Plössl eyepieces represents a significant improvement on the original Plössl type. The eyepieces consist of five lenses, which enable very good imaging. Compared to a traditional Plössl, not only are edge blurring and colour aberrations reduced, but a sharp field of view of 70° is also possible. The viewing comfort has also been significantly improved compared to normal Plössl eyepieces. A good choice of eyepiece for telescopes with a relaxed aperture ratio.
