Expanse eyepieces have large eye lenses and a long eye relief. Spectacle wearers can view the entire field without removing their glasses. All optical elements are fully coated, and the outer lens is even multi-coated for additional light transmission.
Each 1.25" barrel is equipped with a filter thread and blackened on the inside to prevent internal scattering. The fold-down rubber eyepiece cups improve contrast by blocking stray light.
