The "easy-sharp" focus mask guarantees ideal sharpness for astrophotography.
When you point the telescope with the "easy-sharp" focus mask at a star, three stars with spikes offset by 120° can be seen in the live view or on the laptop. The closer you get to the focus, the more the stars move towards each other. Once you have achieved the ideal focus, they overlap. Six very fine spikes become visible. The focus is now perfectly adjusted.
Thanks to the large openings of the mask, this also works very well with fainter stars.
The mask is easy to use and quickly produces perfect results. No more frustration with poorly visible, wiggling diffraction lines, as is common with other masks on twinkling stars or with moderate horizon seeing. With "easy-sharp", it's easy to get sharp images. Tested and recommended by experienced astrophotographers.
The mask fits all GSO/Omegon-based systems.
