The tripod legs made of anodised aluminium tubing and the die-cast aluminium tripod star ensure stability. The upper tripod legs have a diameter of 25 mm, are covered with a robust foam coating and, thanks to the 3-way leg angle adjustment, this tripod is perfect for ground-level shots (macro position).
The non-slip rubber feet provide a secure footing, and the stainless steel spikes supplied are ideal for uneven terrain. The quick-release screw connections guarantee quick assembly and disassembly, and the tripod legs can be rotated 180 degrees for compact storage.
The highlight of the CONCEPT ONE 625 OH2.5V is the unique CONCEPT ONE OH2.5V hybrid ballhead. Equipped with revolutionary hybrid technology, which allows lightning-fast switching from ballhead to 2-way video head, the CONCEPT ONE OH2.5V is the perfect tripod head for use with modern digital cameras. Thanks to the convenient switch from photo to video mode, the CONCEPT ONE OH 2.5V hybrid ballhead supports both recording formats, offering users the option of using both photo and video – in line with the motto: one for everything!
For ambitious video recordings, the supplied video guide rail is mounted in the handle holder provided on the SK unit. Whether you are left- or right-handed, the video guide handle can be attached in four different positions and additionally adjusted to the user's needs.
All CONCEPT ONE hybrid ballheads are made entirely of aluminium and coated with an abrasion-resistant powder coating to protect against environmental influences and scratches. Furthermore, all hybrid ballheads have a misalignment-free ball clamp – a so-called equatorial clamp. Locking the ball around its circumference prevents unwanted adjustment of the viewfinder frame when clamping the ballhead.
