Column C82 pier

This steel pillar stand with 5 mm wall thickness is ideal if you want to install your telescope permanently in an observatory or roll-top hut.

It is high enough to allow the telescope to be tilted to the horizontal. The pillar stand provides greater stability than the usual tripods and prevents the counterweight arm from hitting a tripod leg.

The 35 cm diameter base of the column has three holes for mounting on a concrete slab and three holes with M16 threads into which pressure screws can be inserted to achieve perfect vertical alignment during mounting.

The paint finish protects the column from corrosion.
