Solid stand columns for portable mounts
The column offered here is an interesting alternative to the often wobbly tripods. In addition to mechanical stability, another major advantage over a tripod is that the instrument can be swivelled. Long instruments often bump into a tripod leg, but this does not happen with a column.
Features:
- Solid steel column - Weatherproof thanks to hammer-finish paint
- Three arms with levelling screws for fine adjustment of the instrument
- Portable, as the three arms can be removed by loosening a knurled screw on each arm
- Outer diameter of the column - 100 mm / wall thickness - 5 mm
The upper end of the column is hollow, allowing you to make your own adaptors. We offer adaptors for the following mounts:
