The CL25R can be operated either with 2 CR123 batteries or with the type 18650 rechargeable battery included in the scope of delivery, which can be charged in the lamp via a micro USB cable and can withstand operating temperatures down to -35°C. If no rechargeable battery or batteries are available, the CL25R can also be operated directly from any USB power source (power bank, mobile phone charger, etc.). The indicator light integrated into the switch not only shows the charging status, but also warns of a drop in operating voltage.
