For remote control operation of your observatory, you need to motorise the observation window. This drive is designed for use with the Pulsar 2.2-metre and 2.7-metre domes.
Power is supplied by a built-in lithium battery, which is kept permanently operational by the newly developed and supplied PULSAR induction charger. The induction charger is powered centrally via the dome drive control unit. The charging and battery details are easily accessible via the rotation drive control unit, allowing you to monitor the status of your shutter battery. Alternatively, an optional plug-in charger can be used.
The drive system is permanently switched on and the opening flap can be opened or closed using the control button. Of course, the controls can also be operated via the Pulsar Observatories software. This requires a Bluetooth connection to the remote dome drive.
All necessary mounting materials are included in the scope of delivery.
