Good power bank, but DC behaviour differs from the manual

Good capacity and a genuinely useful DC output, but three issues buyers should know about before ordering.
1) The DC auto-shutoff is far more aggressive than documented, and it creates a real risk.
The manual states the DC output stays live for 5 minutes without a load. On my unit it cuts off after roughly 10 - 15 seconds. This matters more than it sounds. DC voltage is selected by short presses through a list (12 / 16.5 / 20 / 24 V) and confirmed with a long press. Because the output dies almost immediately, you end up re-entering the voltage menu repeatedly, often with the cable already connected — exactly the situation where one mis-press puts 16.5 V or more onto a 12 V device. In astronomy almost everything runs on 12 V: mounts, cooled cameras, controllers. A single wrong press can destroy a mount's mainboard. A proper always-on mode, or simply the documented 5-minute window, would remove this risk entirely.
2) The upper USB-C port is slightly offset relative to the opening in the housing.
The connector does not line up cleanly and has to be inserted at an angle, which takes several attempts. Over time this will wear out the port.
3) The port limitations deserve a clearer mention on the product page.
The page lists dew heater bands among the devices this unit can power, which is true — but the manual adds a restriction that is easy to miss: for the 99 Wh version, "DC + USB-C1: no combination is possible (neither charging nor recharging nor mixed)." So if you were planning to run a mount from DC and a heater from USB-C at the same time, that is not an option, and you will need a DC splitter instead. Worth stating on the product page rather than leaving it to the manual.
None of this makes the power bank unusable, and the DC output works well once you learn the sequence. But the gap between the manual and the actual auto-shutoff behaviour should be fixed.
