Dark field condensor oil
For the dark field condensor oil is only for microscopes with 28mm free stage passage. It is used instead if a bright field condensor.

The darkfield microscopy is a special part apart from the light field microscopy. Basically very transparent preparations will be intensified in its contrast. The background is dark, only the object is lit.
