The image-erecting prism is ideal for astronomical observations. Even at high magnifications, no errors are visible. The roof edge, which is common with roof prisms, is almost invisible.
This roof prism allows high magnifications, making it suitable even for very experienced planetary observers.
The sturdy housing is precision CNC-milled. The accessories are held securely in place with quick-release clamps. The 2" accessories on the eyepiece side are held in place over the entire surface by a ring clamp. Unlike clamping screws, this ensures that the eyepiece or adaptor is centred exactly on the optical axis and is not pressed against the opposite surface.
