See like an owl: these special binoculars are designed to view large sections of the night sky. Unlike other binoculars or telescopes, these optics allow you to view an entire constellation. This increases the number of visible stars by about one magnitude and also makes the colours of the stars clearly visible.
In a way, these binoculars make the starry sky of the suburbs visible again as our grandparents knew it. Famous but very inconspicuous constellations, such as Libra or Cancer, stand out clearly and look just as they do on star charts. Extensive nebula-like objects such as the Praesepe in Cancer or the Andromeda Galaxy also become visible. With these binoculars, you can therefore identify the location of such deep sky objects in the context of the constellations.
