The Motic BA310 is especially designed for the rigours of daily routine work in the university, clinic or laboratory. Together with the proven Motic infinity optics concept (CCIS®) as the basis of the improved EC Plan achromatic objective lenses, the BA310 Köhler illumination offers the best illumination quality, even for demanding samples.
The new Motic BA310 has been designed to meet the demands of everyday routine work in universities, clinics, laboratories and all other areas of life sciences or medical applications where outstanding optical performance is required. The new colour-corrected Motic infinity optics (CCIS®) with the new EF-N Plan achromats and the complete Koehler configuration ensure maximum illumination quality for the most demanding samples. In addition, the BA310 can be easily upgraded - additional contrast methods and observation systems ensure the long-term functionality of this model for all user groups and in numerous applications. To improve the overall optical performance of the BA310, Motic has incorporated a new generation of plan achromatic objectives made of high-quality optical glass: CCIS® EF-N Plan. These new lenses are multi-layer coated, improving contrast and making even images of weak-stained specimens easier to see. In combination with a newly corrected tube lens, the user obtains a fully corrected, optimised intermediate image without colour fringes.
The new standard N-WF 10X/20 eyepieces with extended eye relief for spectacles wearers, which is also made of high-quality optical glass, enable dioptre adjustment for both eyes. Thus, the faultless use of reticles for measuring, counting, etc. is possible. Lockable eyepieces prevent unauthorized removal, further proof of Motic's commitment to provide quality that is especially targeted at student use.
With an ergonomic viewing angle of 30° and an interpupillary distance of 48-75mm, the BA310’s observation tubes ensure hours of fatigue-free viewing. A large field of view (20mm) enables quick and convenient screening. All standard eyepiece tubes are now height-adjustable by rotation, ensuring that the viewing height can be set to the individual position of the user.
