The base for almost all viewfinder holders, for the "Witty 1" tangential mount, etc.
The standard base is milled from solid material (not cheap cast iron), fits all tube radii and can be securely attached with two screws in the long holes – or with a single screw in the centre. The base plate is milled in a sinusoidal shape and forms two linear supports on any tube radius from 130 to 400 mm in diameter. This provides maximum stability.
This holder also supports small guide scopes / CCD guides with absolute rigidity.
