The astronomical filters supplied with the miniCAM8 camera have been specially developed for this camera and the connected filter wheel. They are optimised for astrophotography.

The planetary filter set consists of:

LRGB Filter
20 nm methane filter
40 nm UV Filter
10 nm sodium filter

and the filter disc for mounting.

The nanometre specification refers to the half-value width.

The filters are manufactured by XiMei Filters for QHY.
