ZEN Toolkit Motorised Acquisition Capture images and control motorised components in multidimensional experiments. This package enables the capture of tiles and Z-stack images with motorised components. These can be combined with the included autofocus and direct processing. Z-stack and extended depth of field functionality: - Definition of the Z-stack in "Start/Stop" and "Centre" mode - Size of the configurable Z-stack and number of possible Z-planes limited only by the travel range of the system and the minimum step size - "Optimal"button for automatic adjustment of the correct step size to meet the Nyquist criterion - Integrated Z-drive play compensation for maximum precision and reproducibility - Extraction of sharp details from individual images at different focus positions and combination into an image with high depth of field Tiles and positions - Automatic scanning of predefined sample areas - Capture of images after a position list- Support for focus correction cards, stitching and shading correction - Compatible with software autofocus Software autofocus: - Determination of the optimal focus position in the sample - The autofocus works with transmitted light, reflected light and fluorescent light - Definition of an autofocus area in the camera image
