Product description

A heavy-duty tripod with 1.75" diameter stainless steel legs and a centre bolt connector with 3/8" tripod thread, complete with accessory tray.

Tripod extends from 83.5cm to 115cm. Compatible with the Sky-Watcher 21.5cm extension tube (code 20313).

Can be used to upgrade the standard aluminium tripod supplied with the AZ5, AZ PRONTO, AZ-GTi, & AZ-EQ AVANT mount/telescope models, providing much greater stability.

Central indentation: diameter: 60.8mm, depth: 19.7mm

Just received my Sky watcher 3/8" tripod. This is definitely one beefy mount. I'm using it for my Star Adventure sky watcher pro 2i tracker. It's a bit of overkill for my setup. But it's definitely worth it. Very sturdy!! I like the fact that with the optional extension. I no longer have to bend down as far as I used to have to do for polar alignment. Definitely recommend this mount. Solid like a rock!!!
