The NV 3x20 is the most compact night vision device in the digital Bresser NV series. It is so small that it can even be comfortably carried around in a pocket. Image aquisition is via a special, highly light-sensitive camera chip. The image on the built-in screen is viewed through the eyepiece. The device achieves 3X magnification despite its compact size. Power is supplied via batteries (included).
The monocular Bresser night vision device series are used as residual light amplifiers at dusk, but activating the infrared light source provided lets you even observe in complete darkness. The compact and ergonomic design with intuitively placed operating controls means these devices can be comfortably held and operated using just one hand. Coated lenses in combination with an extremely light-sensitive sensor chip ensure good image quality. The short close focusing distance makes these devices very versatile and they can be used, for example, for observing wildlife or for the protection of property or persons at close range.
The scope of delivery often does not includes batteries or, if included, only low-quality batteries. These cannot be replaced under warranty. To avoid being disappointed the very first time you use the equipment, we recommend you order suitable batteries at the same time you order the equipment. Especially for equipment that is used outdoors, we recommend the use of high quality brand-name batteries. Lithium batteries are to be preferred, as these lose hardly any of their charge during prolonged storage and also do not lose performance in cold temperatures.
