PULSAR MERGER DUO - Fusion technology
Thermal imaging binoculars / digital binoculars / night vision device & rangefinders in one
See through the night
The Merger Duo NXP50 is Pulsar's first multispectral binoculars. It combines thermal imaging and digital channels to provide exceptional detection, recognition and identification capabilities for day and night observation.
The Merger Duo NXP50 offers multiple observation modes:
- The high-performance thermal channel provides extreme thermal sensitivity, making it unbeatable for detection and observation in all weather conditions and at various distances.
- Ultra-low-light night vision with Full HD resolution reveals intricate details and features of the observed object.
- The picture-in-picture mode combines both channels for comprehensive situational awareness, so you never miss a detail.
PULSAR MERGER DUO NXP50
The Pulsar Merger Duo NXP50 features digital night vision and thermal channels for ultimate efficiency in the dark.

Thermal, digital and combined display modes
The Pulsar Merger Duo multispectral binoculars support multiple observation modes. The thermal imaging mode is used for animal detection and observation in all weather conditions, while the digital image mode enables improved target identification in full HD resolution. The "picture-in-picture" function allows images from both optical channels to be displayed simultaneously, with the thermal image or digital image taking priority.
Highly sensitive thermal sensor
The highly sensitive 640×480 Pixel @ 17 µm thermal imaging sensor with NETD <25mK ensures breathtaking thermal image quality and perfect detail recognition even in the most difficult weather conditions when the thermal contrast is low. Even the smallest temperature differences are clearly visible in rain, fog or cold mornings, i.e. under the most difficult conditions for thermal imaging cameras.
Extra low-light digital Full HD night vision
The image produced by the Merger Duo NXP50 digital night channel is characterised by high resolution and high-quality detail. Silhouettes, anatomical differences, behavioural characteristics – the HD resolution electronics reveal the trophy qualities of an animal and give the hunter the information they need to make a good shooting decision.
IR illuminator
The Merger Duo NXP50 has a clip-on, invisible 940 nm IR illuminator with adjustable spot positioning. It enhances image details in the digital channel in pitch-dark conditions, making the instrument one of the most powerful and simply the best multispectral binoculars on the market.
User mode
Use the brightness and contrast settings to maximise the detail and clarity of the image under specific observation conditions. The "user mode" function stores the selected brightness and contrast settings in the instrument's memory, ensuring optimum image quality the next time you use the thermal imaging camera without the need for additional settings.
