The triplet binoculars were specially developed for nature and astronomical observations. Triplet optics have the advantage of correcting chromatic aberration for two wavelengths as well as astigmatism. The result is colour-true image reproduction with optimised sharpness and excellent detail reproduction across the entire image field, even at high magnifications (20x).
Thanks to their high-quality, fully multi-coated BAK4 prism system, the lenses deliver a clear image with a large field of view, making them perfect for astronomy. These high-magnification binoculars are also suitable for nature observation at long distances or, for example, for watching aircraft at the airport. All models feature a long eye relief and a large field of view that remains clear even when wearing glasses.
The 20x80 can be held in the hand for a short time, but otherwise it is recommended to mount the binoculars on a stable tripod.
