Kolibri 25
Small binoculars, big picture!
A little powerhouse
The Kolibri fits in any jacket pocket! One look through them – and these small binoculars reveal their true strength. The sophisticated phase correction of the prisms and an FMC coating bathe nature in bright light. A 126 m field of view reveals a uniquely natural Panorama.
Light transmission
Transmission is specified as a percentage and describes the light transmission of the binoculars. With Kolibri binoculars, total light transmission is over 87 per cent with remarkably good contrast. Only around 13 per cent of the light is lost as it passes through the binoculars’ optical system.
Field of view
The field of view is the circular area that can be seen when observing an object through binoculars. The field of view is specified in metres at a distance of 1,000 metres or in degrees. Depending on the magnification, DDoptics Kolibri binoculars offer a field of view of up to 126 m at 1,000 metres and a unique, natural Panorama.
Coating
To achieve the highest possible light transmission and prevent reflections, the prism and lens systems of the Kolibri binoculars are coated with HDX-FMC. The high-quality DDoptics coating ensures high light transmission with the best possible true-to-life colour reproduction.
