Thunder TQ50CL 4.0
The HIKMICRO THUNDER TQ50CL 4.0 features a highly sensitive 640x512 thermal imaging detector with a NEDT of less than 12 mk. The 50 mm objective and Image Pro 4.0 reveal fine details, whilst the AMOLED display ensures clear images. The improved laser rangefinder with a 1,200 m range, HSIS, SyncPro and a more compact design combine precision with ease of use.
Focal length up to 70 mm
Resolution only matters if the optical system can make full use of it. The HIKMICRO THUNDER 4.0 TX70CL’s 70 mm wide-aperture objective is specifically optimised for the 1280×1024 image sensor and delivers the image quality required for long-range observation without restricting the field of view needed for hunting. It offers the right balance between detail, viewing range and ease of use – the result is a more natural image that allows you to concentrate fully on hunting.
Image Pro 4.0 – Optimised image sharpness in all conditions

The 0.49-inch AMOLED display on the HIKMICRO THUNDER 4.0 Thermal Clip-On ensures a clear and precise image, making it easy to spot important thermal details during observation and when taking aim. Together with the high-resolution imaging system, it helps to convert the captured information into a visual representation that allows you to act with confidence.
Compact design, specifically engineered for clip-on mounts
Better image quality does not necessarily mean more equipment. The TX70CL 4.0’s 1280×1024 detector and 70 mm objective lens are designed to the same physical objective size as the tried-and-tested configuration of the TQ50CL 3.0, enabling the THUNDER 4.0 to offer a significant improvement in image quality without unnecessarily increasing the objective size. At the same time, the THUNDER 4.0 housing is 30 mm shorter than that of the previous generation (TQ50CL 4.0 compared to TQ50CL 3.0), resulting in a more compact and practical clip-on design. Each instrument is manufactured with enhanced precision in component production and assembly, and undergoes a 100 per cent precision check before dispatch. This precision-focused design ensures a point-of-impact deviation of approximately 3 cm at 100 m, which corresponds to around 1 MOA.
