Euromex BlueScope BL.1153 - trinocular transmitted light microscope with S100x oil immersion (Semi Plan)
The Euromex BlueScope BL.1153 is a robust trinocular transmitted light microscope for education, universities and small laboratories. Its unique selling point is that it combines Köhler lighting, Dual-NeoLED™ (white + halogen colour), a rackless mechanical X-Y cross table and a USB-C power supply (5V) – supplemented by an S100x oil immersion objective (N.A. 1.25) for maximum detail resolution in bright field.
The BlueScope series is designed for environments where microscopes are used intensively and shared by multiple people. The focus is on safety, ergonomics and a clean workflow – thanks in part to the rackless stage and practical controls. The trinocular concept of the BL.1153 is ideal if you want to add a camera/imaging option to the phototube in addition to visual work on the microscope without having to switch to a "fully digital" BlueScope model.
Highlights
Köhler lighting is integrated for uniform lighting and reproducible contrast; the colour-coded, height-adjustable Abbe condenser (N.A. 1.25) supports quick, error-free setup.
A key practical highlight is the dual lighting: 3 W white (6000-6500 K) for crisp standard observations or 3 W halogen colour (3000-3200 K) for increased contrast with transparent specimens.
Additional workflow features are included for everyday use in courses and laboratories: Quick Focus Aid, Smart Storage compartment, slot for polarisation filter, WF 10x/20 mm eyepieces and a Kensington slot to prevent theft in shared rooms.
The trinocular head can be rotated 360° and works with a fixed 50:50 beam splitter (upright image impression), which makes the BL.1153 particularly attractive for documentation/teaching.
Model differences within the BlueScope series
The BL.1153 is the trinocular BlueScope model which, within the classic optical variants (without integrated display/tablet), specifically supplements the standard semi-plan 4x/10x/S40x with the S100x oil immersion objective – and is therefore designed for maximum detail resolution + later camera option on the phototube.
