The sharp optics, simple operation and stable mount of this classic refracting telescope have made the Skylux one of the most popular telescopes in Europe. In recent years, tens of thousands of sky observers have discovered their new hobby of astronomy with a Skylux. Enjoy spectacular images of the moon from a distance of almost 400,000 km and observe the cloud bands of Jupiter and the rings of Saturn. The Skylux is equipped with a parallactic mount and accepts accessories with a diameter of 1.25".

The Skylux mount:
This parallactic mount allows you to align your optics precisely with the North Star. The correct polar height or geographical latitude can be set for any observation location. Fine movements in the right ascension and declination axes allow you to adjust and track objects with precision, while a counterweight ensures that the optics are precisely balanced.
The Skylux mount is available in two versions, with a stand or tabletop tripod. Please refer to the technical data for more details. The stand is extendable and can be set up at a height of 70 cm to 120 cm. A storage surface provides space for eyepieces and other accessories. The tabletop tripod is extremely compact and lightweight, making it ideal for excursions or travel. This small EQ mount is extremely light, compact and fits in almost any travel bag. It is easy to set up by any beginner and can also be used by children. A motorised tracking system in the right ascension axis can be retrofitted as an option.
