This solar telescope is a pair of binoculars – or vice versa
The Sunocular is a handy pair of binoculars for solar observation. It is ideal for easy and completely safe observation of sunspots and solar eclipses, as well as for observing Mercury or Venus transits across the Sun.
The Sunocular has white light solar filters made of glass permanently installed on the lens side, which offer 100% safety. This is guaranteed by the name Lunt Solar Systems, a highly renowned manufacturer of solar telescopes and solar filters. The sunlight is reduced to a comfortable level of 0.00001% for the observer and the dangerous ultraviolet radiation is completely blocked.
As the filters are permanently installed, these binoculars are only suitable for solar observation. That is why you will find them in our shop under solar telescopes and not binoculars.
The Sunocular offers many advantages, especially for ambitious solar observers: keep up to date with the development of sunspots at any time, even when you are on the move, at work or on holiday.
