These telescopes come with an intuitively operated alt-azimuth mount which can be used to easily orientate the telescope towards the desired celestial object. The included aluminium tripod is very lightweight and provides a practical shelf for accessories.
National Geographic AC 50/600 AZ
This telescope is well suited for an introduction into the exploration of space. A small finder scope makes it easy for researchers to find celestial objects, while three different eyepieces allow for different magnifications. The 90° diagonal mirror together with a continuously adjustable tripod always provide an easy view to advanced explorers and newcomers.
The "T" in the name stands for "terrestrial", i.e. suitable for earth observation. Thanks to the diagonal mirror, an upright image can also be viewed.
