The N 114/700 optics: The 114 mm mirrors allow for beautiful planetary observations as well as excursions far beyond our solar system: discover double stars, star clusters and bright nebulae, such as the famous star-forming region in the Orion constellation.
The tube has a 1.25" focuser that can accommodate all standard eyepieces. The focuser offers a focus wheel that allows you to precisely focus on the objects you are viewing. With the red dot finder, you can locate celestial objects and then focus on them in the main tube.
The zoom eyepiece eliminates the hassle of changing eyepieces. You can easily adjust different focal lengths by turning it. Therefore, it can replace a range of eyepieces.
At the lowest magnification, celestial objects can be located and open star clusters can be viewed. For observation of the moon, planets and planetary nebulae, the magnification can be increased to the ideal value.
The EQ-1Mount: This parallactic mount provides the possibility of aligning the optics to the Pole Star. The correct polar elevation can be set for any observing site or geographical latitude. Slow motions on the Right Ascension and Declination axes allow objects to be precisely adjusted in the field of view and followed, with a counterweight provided for precise counterbalancing of the optics.
