What magnifications are right for your telescope? When does the Moon rise or set? These are important questions for every stargazer, but they aren’t always easy to figure out. Our telescope & moon calculator takes care of that for you. Just enter the aperture, focal length, and your eyepieces, and the tool will show you the magnifications and give you additional tips. You’ll also see right away how large the Moon appears in the eyepiece. A lunar calendar provides you with the Moon’s phases as well as rise and set times. Simply enter the values, and you’ll receive recommendations and times.

We wish you clear nights and lots of fun stargazing.
