Product description

Tecnosky 70mm Triplet - FPL53

High Quality APO for observation and astrophotography. Composed of a FPL-53 lens with multilayer anti-reflective coating on all optical surfaces this refractor gives superbe images and contrast without the slightest chromaticism.

The aluminum tube is compact and light, and with the retractable lens hood makes it the smallest 70mm apochromat. The focuser is a 2” rack and pinon that can carry loads up to 2kg and Equipped as usual with the convenient micrometric reduction 1:10 knob. This light refractor is provided with a single ring and a flat base with 2 threaded holes 1/4”

I have tested this telescope in a bottle 4 sky, with and without reducer/corrector, with no filters and also with Baader Uhc-s Nebula filter and Optolong L Enhance. An excellent choice if you are starting astrophotography or you are looking for a wide field refractor telescope at an affordable price
Very stable focus, good color correction and for an apochromatic triplet with FPL 53 Glass, at this affordable price this telescope is a very good choice for astrophotography, a very good price / quality ratio. It is a light telescope only 1.85 kg, which makes it possible to use also with a star tracker.
